Board & Train Programs
All Board & Train programs are completed here on Fulton Ranch in Homosassa FL. Alicia only takes 1 Board and Train dogs per month, so we fill up quickly. Please expect to reserve your program 3-4 months out in advance, and to not book for the current month. BT are booked only on a NEED basis. Please see if private lessons are available first.
All BT guests must be UTD on vaccines, and bring their own crate (not wire) and enough food for their stay. BT programs must be paid in full 30 days before arrival, and can be reserved with a 30% deposit.
We do not accept aggression cases here at FSK9, your dog will need to be social and friendly with humans to attend an obedience program. All dogs must be clean for their program, if you have a dog that will soil inside their crate we ask that you choose a private lesson program instead. If your dog is dropped off for a BT program and is consistently soiling their kennel for more than a week, they will be asked to leave the BT program and you can transfer your costs to a private lesson program.
Most equipment is provided in the program cost. All updates are delivered on Saturdays before end of day via email or text message. Please sign up for an online evaluation over zoom to purchase a BT program.

4-week Board & Train
Your dog stays inside our home for this program
House Manners: Door greeting, jumping on strangers, place command, counter surfing, furniture rules (optional for those that need it), threshold rules (not bolting out doors, staying outside the kitchen, etc).
Leash obedience: Walking on leash without pulling, auto-sit when stopped, no barking at new people or dogs.
Basic obedience: sit, down, stay, come, and place on leash
To upgrade to off leash work, please contact our trainer, or purchase the off leash obedience for pets program.
This is not a severe behavior program. Your dog will need to be dog & human social.

6-Week Board & Train Program
Your dog stays inside our home for this program

Advanced off-leash obedience: sit, down, stay, heeling with auto sit, motion commands (your dog will sit or down from a distance and stay from a distance), place command. Everything is trained on and off leash.
Crate manners: exiting and entering a crate nicely, no barking inside a crate.
Riding inside a car with manners calmly.
Ecollar work: you will go home with an ecollar to use with your dog, and taught how to use it before going home.
This is not a severe behavior program. Your dog should be dog & human social.
